Any personal information requested, collected or used in connection with the Website or Services will only be used as described in this Policy. Your access and use of the website, Services and their contents is subject to this Privacy Policy, as well as our Terms and Conditions. By accessing and using the Website or Services, you accept and agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions without any limitation or qualification. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You should check here regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. If we make substantial changes, we will let you know.

What Personal Information We Collect

We collect certain information that you provide to us, such as in creating an account through the Services. This may include your name, email address, username, and password. We may also receive personal information about you from your veterinarian in connection with your pet’s records, such as your name and contact information, email address, physical address, and telephone number; emergency contact information such as name and telephone number; and credit card information if held on file by your veterinarian. We may also collect certain information automatically when you access or use the Website or Services. These may include your browser information; device’s unique device identifier; Internet Protocol (IP) address; mobile network information; information collected through cookies, pixel tags and other technologies; the day and time of your visit; and the website page you visited prior to accessing the Website or Services.  

Use of Cookies

We use cookies on the Website and Services for a variety of purposes. A cookie is as mall file placed on your device for identification and tracking purposes. Some are session-specific and will be deleted from your device after your session ends. We do not process credit card payments or retain any financial information.

Each vendor is vetted and bound by contractual obligations that are at least as stringent as this Privacy Policy.  These vendors have their own privacy and data collection practices which are independent of us. Children Under the Age Of 16

Our products, services and website are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from, children under the age of 16.
